PLEASE REVIEW CAR RIDER PROCEDURES

Afternoon Student Pick-Up Procedures

1.  Pull forward in the back of the building.

2.  Your car pick-up tag must remain hung on the rearview mirror prior to pulling up beside the building.

3.  Students will be called by number and delivered to your car.

4.  Once all cars are full, a staff member will direct the traffic to exit the driveway.

It is imperative that you remain in your car.  Students will be dismissed based upon the number showing in the car.  Changes in plans must be reported to the office no later than 2:00p.m.

If you do not have a pickup tag, you must enter the office with an ID in order to take your child from school after 3:15.

Please note:
If your child will be riding home with a friend, he/she will need a handwritten permission note in the office by 2:00 p.m. A car pass will be written by the school in order for your child to leave.  If you have a family member or another person picking up your child, they will need to either 1) have the car tag OR 2) come to the office with an ID to pick up the child.

Please pick up your child on time.  Children must be picked up by 3:25 p.m. as teachers and staff in charge of the afternoon duty are required to attend meetings and planning sessions directly after school.  If your child is not picked up by 3:25 p.m., they will be placed in the EBW after-school daycare.  There will be a charge for the after-school care.

We ask, too, that you share these rules with anyone else that may have to pick your child up this year.  We appreciate your help and cooperation in keeping our students safe!

EBW After School Daycare

This program is designed for children in grades 1-5, and serves children only from EBW in both the a.m. and p.m. programs.

Morning   6am - service begins   7:25 - dismissed for breakfast or go to the gym

Afternoon   3pm - 5:30pm  (a late fee will apply after 5:30)

We have staff to tutor children with their homework assignments, access to the gym, playground, and a healthy snack is provided.    See the school office for more information.

Lost and Found

The FRC is responsible for keeping the Lost and Found at EBW.   All clothes, jackets, and lunch boxes that are left in the gym, cafeteria, or classrooms are brought to FRC.  Parents, if your child is missing one of these items, please check the lost and found area outside the FRC office.  At the end of every month, all items that are not accounted for will be donated to Goodwill.   If items show up with names on them, we make every effort to get them back to those students. If you have questions or would like to contact us about coming by to look through the items for something that belongs to your child, please let us know.
