On March 24, 2021 Governor Beshear signed into law SB 128. The full law is provided here for your review. The Anderson County School District will accept student requests for a supplemental school year through May 1, 2021. The Anderson County Board of Education will determine by June 1, 2021 to accept or reject all requests as written in SB 128. To have your child considered, formally, by the Anderson Board of Education, for the supplemental school year, under SB 128, please complete and submit this survey.
