Parents who bring their children will need to pull up to the curb to let their children out. Students will enter through the double doors closest to the gym. Please park in the parking lot if you plan to come into the building. All visitors must enter through the front door. Students arriving after 8am will need to enter through the front doors and sign in.
During afternoon dismissal parent/guardians need to remain in their cars to avoid traffic delays, keeping car in parked position until Mrs. Ellis dismisses your lane. Do not change lanes during lane dismissal and don't leave your car unattended. Children will not be permitted to enter a car that is parked without their parent or guardian.
Volunteers
If you are interested in being a classroom volunteer, please follow the procedures listed below to help ensure that we utilize our extra help to the fullest, and that we ensure a safe environment for our students.
-prearrange your volunteer visit(s) with the classroom teacher
-upon arrival, please sign in and wear the visitor sticker
-once you have completed your visit, please sign out in the office
-if you plan to work with students on a regular basis, you must fill out a background check form. This form can be found in the office.
EBW After School Daycare
This program is designed for children in grades 1-5, and serve children only from EBW in both the a.m. and p.m. programs.
Morning 6am - service begins 7:30 - dismissed for breakfast or go to gym
Afternoon 3pm - 5:30pm (a late fee will apply after 5:30)
We have staff to tutor children with their homework assignments, access to gym, playground, and computer lab, and a healthy snack is provided. See school office for more information.
Lost and Found
The FRC is responsible for keeping the Lost and Found at EBW. All clothes, jackets, and lunch boxes that are left in the gym, cafeteria, or classrooms are brought to FRC. Parents, if your child is missing one of these items, please call the FRC to see if we have the items. At the end of every month all items that are not accounted for will be donated to Goodwill. If items show up with names on them, we make every effort to get them back to those students. If you have questions or would like to contact us about coming by to look through the items for something that belongs to your child, please let us know.
