KASS Partnership Provides An Excellent Soft Skills Video Series for KY School Districts

Topics include but not limited to purpose, engagement, culture, emotional intelligence, leadership, problem-solving, communication effectiveness, stress management, teamwork, customer service and much more! KASS is also making available an online version of Greg Coker’s Soft Skills Field Manual for students, faculty and staff. Additionally, Greg will be available to work with your curriculum team highlighting what other Kentucky school districts and local communities have done for maximum impact.

This 100 percent organic, Kentucky based program has been delivered to over 1000 students, teachers and staff with extremely positive feedback.  Here’s just a sample of that feedback:

“I just wanted to say thank you for the Soft Skills training by Greg Coker. I believe the entire High/Middle school teaching staff got something out of it. It was engaging and insightful. I am also so thankful that our seniors were able to hear him before graduation. I think they will take tremendous value away from it and I appreciate all of the effort there as well. Thank you again!”

“Thanks for the awesome presentation to our 600 High School Junior & Seniors about Soft Skills and the importance of EQ even above IQ.  Everyone loved the way you explained how there are three groups of people – the engaged; the partially engaged; and the disengaged but that everyone can step up.  It’s a choice!  Students need to know that firm handshakes, eye contact and punctuality are important as is teamwork and being authentic.  But, the message that I most remember you by is that we can either consider ourselves as bricklayers, wall builders or Cathedral builders.  As for me, I want to remind myself daily to strive to build Cathedrals!”

“Providing our Senior Class with Greg Coker’s Soft Skills Boot Camp was a great way to prepare our students for beginning their lives outside of school.  Our students were very appreciative of the “unwritten/unspoken” rules that were shared with them during this event.” Personally, I was also able to walk away with a renewed vision of how I want to build relationships and connections!  I hope we can continue working with you in the future!”

I hope you take advantage of this excellent resource for your high school students, particularly our seniors who will soon be in a new and exciting phase of life after high school!
