Developmentally Appropriate Practices Professional Learning will focus on researched based practices NAEYC say is best to use when teaching young children. This training will also look at the Council For Exceptional Children's Division of Early Childhood Recommended Practices that are best to use when working with students who have special needs. The two resources will be combined to give the participants an overview of what best practice in the early childhood classroom look like.
Participants will receive both Developmentally Appropriate Practices: Focus on Three and Four Year Olds as well as DEC Recommended Practices books. This is a 3 hour training only.
