Week of May 18-22:

End of Course English 2 test (worth 20% of the entire trimester grade) is Monday May 18th.

NO School on Tuesday May 19th for election day.

End of Course Algebra 2 test (worth 20% of the entire trimester grade) is Wednesday May 20th.

On Demand test for all 10th and 11th grade students is on Thursday May 21st.

End of Course US History test (worth 20% of the entire trimester grade) is Friday May 22nd.

Week of May 25-29:

NO School on Monday May 25th for Memorial Day.

End of Course Biology test (worth 20% of the entire trimester grade) is Tuesday May 26th. 

Senior Meeting for students will be Friday May 29th at 10:00 am in the auditorium.

Transition day for the entire district is Friday May 29th.

Baccalaureate​ Service for Seniors is May 31st at 2:00 pm at Sand Spring Baptist Church. Students who wish to participate are asked to be there at 1:30 to line up and get instructions.

Senior final exams will be Monday June 1st for 1st, 3rd, and 5th periods and Tuesday June 2nd for 2nd and 4th periods.

Final exams for 9th, 10th, and 11th grade students will be Tuesday June 2nd for 2nd and 4th period exams and Wednesday June 3rd for 1st, 3rd, and 5th period exams. 

Last day of school for students is June 3rd.

Graduation practice on Wednesday June 3rd at 8:15 am in the main gym. It is mandatory to be there in order to reserve a spot and walk at graduation unless senior is on Phase 3 of the Loss of Privilege list.

Graduation is Wednesday June 3rd at 7:00 pm at the Frankfort Civic Center.

Attentions Parents of past graduates: 

If you have a student navy graduation gown you would like to donate, please drop them off in the main office.

ANY SENIOR WHO WILL NEED A FINAL TRANSCRIPT SENT TO A COLLEGE OR UNIVERSITY, YOU MUST REQUEST THE TRANSCRIPT THROUGH 

http://WWW.PARCHMENT.COM and choose the "hold for grades" option when ordering so the graduation date and final grades will be on the transcript sent. See attached instruction sheet.

All students should register for an account on Parchment so that they can see their transcript and receive other information from colleges and universities that Parchment shares info with if you want them to.

The Kentucky Association for College Admission Counseling is pleased to offer the 2015 Achieve Your Dreams Scholarship for graduating Seniors attending a post-secondary institution in the Fall of 2015. Four scholarships in the amount of $500 each will be given – one student per KYACAC region (Eastern, Central, Western, Northern). Preference will be given to students from KYACAC member schools. The Eastern Region scholarship will be given this year in memory of Kimberly Merritt from Eastern Kentucky University.
