All Anderson County Schools students must have updated vaccination records on file by Friday, September 7, 2018, to be allowed to return to school on Monday, September 10, 2018.
Opportunities for Hepatitis A Vaccination before deadline:
Thursday, September 6th
The Anderson County Health Department will offer Hepatitis A vaccinations for any student that qualifies for VFC. Clinic will be held at the Anderson County High School beginning at 3:30pm. For more information contact the Anderson County Health Department at 502-839-4551.
Friday, September 7th
The Healthy Kids Clinic will be able to administer the Hepatitis A vaccine to any student at their school, provided the student turns in a Healthy Kids Clinic immunization consent form. The Healthy Kids Clinic immunization consent form (attached) has been sent home with any student that does not have updated vaccination records on file.
Other: Local Healthcare providers, Clinics and Pharmacies offer immunization services.
