Welcome to my website! I am Ms. Arens! I teach Composition II and Literature II at ACHS, and I am very excited to be in my second year teaching here. Hopefully, this webpage will serve as a way to increase communication between parents, students, and myself.To the right, you will find a list of list to course-related documents. These include both my Course Overview and Behavior Syllabus, as well as a Weekly Snapshot for each week of the trimester. Snapshots will be posted once a week, usually on Mondays, and will list a brief description of the daily activities--including tests, quizzes, and homework--for that week. Snapshots are a great way for students who are absent to keep track of what they're missing in class and for parents to be "in the know" about what their children are doing in class on a daily basis.
