Welcome to my class! I am so excited to work with each and every one of my students this year. This is my third year teaching, but my first here at ACHS. I graduated from ACHS in 2002, so I am also very excited to be back home!!!
Posted on the right, you will find important documents that will let you know what we are working on each week in our classes. Simply click on the current week's snapshot under your child's class and you can see what we will be doing each day. You may notice that some snapshots overlap and have the same things on them. This is because our plans are tentative each week. If during a lesson I see that we need to spend extra time on a specific topic, we will adjust our class time and schedule accordingly.
A little bit about me:
I grew up in Pike County, Kentucky in a little town called Majestic. In middle school I moved to Scott County and then finally arrived in Anderson County when I was in high school. Lawrenceburg quickly became a very special place to me and I never want to leave! I met my husband here my senior year of high school and we've been together ever since. We got married in 2006 and are just had our first child in October of 2012. Life couldn't be better!
